I have been involved in supporting individuals and companies all over the world in achieving their personal and business goals since 2001. I am fluent in Mandarin-Chinese, Spanish and English, and I take every opportunity to communicate with others in whichever language they feel most comfortable.
As an immigration attorney, I mostly handle employment, investment and family-based immigration. There are lots of different ways to get a visa, and I like to help my clients find the path that best suits their individual background, goals and timeline.
In addition to helping my clients achieve their goals of travelling, studying, working or living in America, I also enjoy meeting up with them to show them some of my favourite places and things here in the United States. I love living in a country where everyone is an immigrant or descended from immigrants.

A record of service
Alongside the practice, our founder serves as a Major and Medical Operations Officer in the Texas Army National Guard. He was mobilised in response to Hurricane Harvey and led the medical rescue and treatment missions in Beaumont, Port Arthur, Vidor and Orange, for which he was one of two medical officers in the state awarded the Texas Medal of Merit. He was later mobilised for the COVID-19 pandemic, working directly with the Adjutant General of Texas as a Liaison Officer for Task Force Lone Star, and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. More recently he was deployed to the Texas–Mexico border.
